Thank you for submitting your work to 1001 Stories: Colours of Faith & Home. Please review our refund policy below regarding submission fees.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

 

A full refund of the submission fee will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Non-Acceptance: Your submission was not accepted for inclusion in the exhibition prior to the submission deadline for reasons that will be shared via email.

  • Refunds will be issued only if the following conditions occur before the deadline of August 28th

    • Not abiding by the guidelines; 

    • Work not aligning with the theme

    • Work not professionally submitted

    • PDF submission incomplete

 

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Same-Day Notice: Your submission was declined on the day of intake/drop-off.

  • If work is not submitted professionally wired and sides of canvas done

  • If work does not follow guidelines

  • If work is submitted late and does not fall in the 2 hours window provided

• Anything that is paid and submitted after the deadline

3. Refund Process

 

If you are eligible for a refund:

1. You will be notified via [email/phone/other] within [X business days] of the decision.

2. Refunds will be processed via email transfer within15 days of notification.

3. No action is required on your part unless otherwise specified.
